Famous alien abductions have been reported in many different places all over the world. There are many reports of abductions where they can be assumed as fake but there are also a few stories that seem to ring very true. One of the most famous stories of alien abduction is the Travis Walton story. This story happened in the seventies and had several witnesses to the actual abduction part. That is what makes his story so compelling. This is a story of several loggers that come upon a suspicious light in the woods one night. What happened after Travis went to investigate the light? The story of Travis Walton is chilling and seems to be true on most accounts by the witnesses who were there.
What would you do if you were driving home from work with your friends and you saw a bright green light shining from the woods ahead of you? Would you go and inspect this light? Travis Walton’s curiosity did get the best of him the night this happened to him. His friends stopped the truck to admire the light when Travis decided to get out of the truck and get a closer look at the lights. There he found an object right in front of the truck hovering over in the air. The object then shot a beam of light down and it hit Travis Walton. There Travis fell over and his friends in the truck thought that it had killed him. His friends were scared and took off in the truck later realizing this was wrong. They returned to the scene but couldn’t find Travis anywhere. They even searched the woods for any signs of Travis.
The next day the sheriff’s department having no choice but to believe the story returned to the place of the abduction. They searched all day for any sign of Travis or where he could have gone. They found nothing to tell them whether the story was true or not. The cops did however interrogate the men for days thinking that they had killed Travis Walton and buried his body in the woods. To the cops this seemed like the most logical explanation for the disappearance. After the four men took the lie detector tests they all passed on the fact that they all had the same story on seeing a flying object attack Travis. This investigation would go on for almost five days before Travis would reappear on Earth.
Travis Walton testified to have wakening up on a strange flying ship with a lot of lights and two creatures with huge eyes staring at him. He was disoriented and felt like he had been medicated. The creatures left the room and so did Travis. He then ran into what he thought was humans on the flying ship. They did not speak to him but lead him to a room and strapped him to a table. That is the last thing Travis remembers before waking up on Earth near his town with his clothes on backwards. This would forever change Travis’ life. Was Travis Walton abducted or is this an elaborate hoax?
